Perhaps you are in a role where you are wondering if you are a good fit, or you want to grow in your career and not sure exactly what route to take, or you simply want do something different and you don’t know what that looks like right now, our Career Decision Process is likely for you.
Also, if you are an operational or HR leader within a company and you want to help your employees with Career Decision Making and/or Career Development Planning our Career Decision Process is for you and your company as well.
The Career Decision Program first identifies career goals, strengths, challenges and interests. We then evaluate professional skills, competencies and how they align with current or future alternative options within the organization or outside of the organization. With the assistance of a highly skilled career coach, the participant is led through an exploration process that ultimately results in a decision regarding the career direction to pursue and the process to achieve the desired career goals. Once Career Decision is successfully accomplished, a formal Career Transition process can be initiated.
Ultimately the participant will have a much greater degree of certainty and commitment to the decision rendered; and when a Career Transition Action Plan accompanies the Career Decision Process, positive change and growth takes place.
